How long does it typically take to receive a reply or call back?

We work towards responding to inquiries from enrolled learners within two business days. Thanks for your patience. 

How do I reset my password?

Users can reset their password by clicking on the "Forgot Your Password" link found on the Sign-In form. 

How do I set up an account?

Users can set up an account by clicking on the "Create Account" button found on the Sign-Up form. 

The course I am enrolled in is not working. What do I do?

Please reach out to us at help@pe-primer.com. Please provide your name, the relevant course, and the nature of the problem. Thanks.

I no longer have course access. How do I regain access?

Please check when you first purchased the course; remaining access time is displayed on the top left corner of purchased course tiles. Individual learners receive course access for 12 months. Corporate customers may have a different access duration. Email us at help@pe-primer.com if you still have questions about your access. Please include the course you are inquiring about from the email that corresponds to your PE Primer account.

My employer sent me an email stating I am enrolled in a PE Primer course. How do I access the course?

My employer sent me an email stating I am enrolled in a PE Primer course, but it does not show up in my dashboard. How can I gain access?

My employer sent me an email stating I am enrolled in a PE Primer course. When I log in, I see a message stating that my company has surpassed the number of licenses to the course. How can I gain access?

We are happy to look into this for you. Please email us at help@pe-primer.com. Remember to include the company you work for, your company related email address, and the course you are having difficulty accessing.

My employer enrolled me in a PE Primer course. Am I able to enroll in additional courses on my own?

Thanks for asking. If your employer has enrolled you in courses, then they are listed in your account dashboard. If they have not, you can enroll yourself in a course of your liking as an individual leaner. Check out learn.pe-primer.com for a list of our courses. I completed a course and received a passing grade to earn a certificate. Where can I find the certificate?

Apologies for the technical issues. We are happy to help you with this. Reach out to us at help@pe-primer.com with the course you are having difficulty accessing the certificate for and the email address associated with your account.

How do I post my certificate to LinkedIn?

When you access your certificate after completing a course, select the "LinkedIn" button to share your accomplishment to LinkedIn. If you still have trouble sharing your certificate to LinkedIn, please reach out to us at help@pe-primer.com.

A video in a digital course is not playing correctly. Who can I notify?

Please reach out to us at help@pe-primer.com. Please provide the name of the video, the course title it is in, and the name of the module and lesson in which it is found. Thanks in advance.
